Sheikha Latifa shares a Rare Photo of Dubai’s Ruler

Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, celebrated on Wednesdayher father’s 71^st birthday- on July 15-  Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, wishing him a happy birthday and sharing a rare photo of him.

SheikhaLatifa went on Instagram to post a picture of the ruler of Dubai from his childhood, as he was sitting with a keffiyeh and akal on his head, and wrote addressing to her father: "Happiest Birthday to the best Dad anyone could ever wish for."

People also expressed their kindest wishes on social media on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s birthday under the hashtags #Mohammed_Bin_Rashid and #فخر_الوطن (our country’s pride) , which became trending on Twitter in the UAE.

On a side note, the UAE had postponed the launch of the "Hope Mars Mission", the first Arab mission to Mars, until Friday July 17 due to weather conditions, as announced by the Emirates Space Agency and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre.

The United Arab Emirates' historic first launch to Mars was set to launch on 14 July from Tanegashima Space Center in Japan, to explore the planet and discover its atmosphere.
